We implemented our new ‘Basecamp’ system in 2008, which has enabled us to reach a new level of organisation with relation to work flow and communication with customers and suppliers.
This new system enables clients to log in and see exactly what stage their project is at, they can view the latest proof, add a milestone to a to-do, comment on the latest round of amends and even upload copy and images for us to use. This universal system means that deadlines are clear, all content is in one place and all proofs and discussions are available for everyone to see.
